MotoGP MotoAmerica CCS Loudon Road Race Photos

Yes, I have photographed NASCAR oval track and road course events at more Cup Series tracks than I can remember. Yes, I have photographed NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series events…most recently The New England Nationals in Epping, NH and The Summernationals at Raceway Park Old Bridge Township Drag Strip in Englishtown, NJ. I have photographed Pirelli World Challenge and IMSA WeatherTech sports car series events at Lime Rock Park and Watkins Glen International Raceway. But my true passion as a motorsports photographer comes out in motorcycle road racing contests. The shot you see here of a rider aggressively diving into a left hander was taken approaching turn 10 on the famed road course at NHMS (New Hampshire Motor Speedway) in Loudon, NH. This photo was taken during a preliminary track test just prior to The Loudon Classic…one of the longest-running motorcycle races held in the United States. I have also photographed CCS (Championship Cup Series) and MotoAmerica events at NJMP (New Jersey Motorsports Park) in Millville, NJ. I have covered lesser known events at Thompson Motor Speedway in Connecticut. I will be trackside for the upcoming MotoAmerica event at Pittsburgh International Raceway. Each of these tracks are completely unique in size and configuration. An experienced racing photographer will know at what spots on the tracks yield the most amazing photographs. The photographic skill set of a road racing photographer must be diverse and well practiced. Different techniques must be employed, often on a second’s notice, to capture all the excitement, speed, finesse and danger associated with every single move a rider makes on any given section of the course. If you are looking for an experienced motorcycle road racing photographer to cover your next event please give me a call. My Long Island, NY studio is convenient to every racing venue in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic United States and I am also available for travel anywhere to be a part of your next project.
