Photographer Racing Team Sponsorship Public Relations

Which came first? The chicken or the egg? This question might find it’s answer by studying the success of Summit Racing Equipment. Their NHRA Pro Stock team fields two of the most successful cars in the Mello Yello drag racing series. Summit racing equipment is one of the largest, most successful, aftermarket high performance racing equipment and accessory distributors in the world. Did their achievements on the race track fuel the success of their business? Or does the profitability of their business allow them the luxury of funding a competitive team in the greatest drag racing sanctioning body and organization in the world? It’s a little of both. In order to field a successful racing team one must have the financial resources required to do so. Building a fast car is just the beginning. There are dozens, sometimes hundreds, of employees that make up a race team. The pit crew, engine builders, engine tuners, race shop employees, administrators, public relations and media personnel, drivers, logistics specialists, etc, etc. All the top teams have a fleet of haulers to get their people and equipment to the track, one or two private aircraft to move their key people around the country (or the world) to and from the racing venues; and racing "shops"; some in excess of a quarter million square feet in size, to house their administrative, technical, mechanical and business activities. How can these costs be justified by these racing teams and their sponsors? It’s easy. The fan base in motorsports has been proven to be the most loyal of any consumer market. The loyalty of the fans of NACAR, Formula 1, MotoGP and NHRA to the sponsors of their favorite races is legendary in the advertising and public relations world. The fans buy the products that keep their racers on the track. As an avid motorsports photographer and as a businessman for more than 30 years I can state, quite frankly, that I may be the best photographer in the industry to help your team or company meet your goals through the use of exciting, top quality images in support of your efforts. Lets collaborate on your next project.
