Motorsports Racing Sponsorship Advertising Opportunities

Checkout this motion blur image of the Arc Race Engines Dodge Dart piloted by Driver Alan Prusiensky of Rockaway, NJ. Arc racing is a provider of the best high performance billet racing parts for small engines used in Karts, Jr. Dragsters, Racing Lawnmowers, and all other sorts of vehicles powered by small 4 stroke engines. What better place to advertise your high performance products than on the race track? The list of automotive, motorcycle and performance engineering companies that sponsor race teams is endless: Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes AMG, Lexus, Acura, Ferrari, McLaren, Optima, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Ducati, Kawasaki, KTM, Penzoil, Peak Antifreeze, Castrol GTX, Mobil 1, Sunoco, Ford Ecoboost, K & N, Bosch, Edelbrock, STP, Flowmaster, Mahle, NAPA Auto Parts, Summit Racing, Jegs, Shell, E 3 Spark Plugs, Harley-Davidson, Can Am, Fastenal, Ford AdvoCare, Mickey Thompson, Continental Tires, Michelin, Sunoco, Goodyear, Hoosier, Lucas Oil, Motul, Matco Tools, Mac Tools, Parts Plus, Amalie Motor Oil, Pirelli, and on and on and on. The financial support that these companies provide to the race teams is indispensable. It is the lifeblood of their ability to compete. It is also some of the most effective advertising dollars spent by these companies. Racing fans are some of the most loyal fans in the world and they show their loyalty to their favorite driver, rider and team by purchasing the products of their sponsors. You don’t even have to be in the automotive, motorcycle or performance product market to reach into the race fan’s pockets. That’s why companies such as Lowes, Cessna, Miller Brewing, Jimmie Johns, Outback, Farmer’s Insurance, GoDaddy, Aspen Dental, Monster Energy, Mello Yello, Xfinity, Camping World, Whelen Engineering, Home Depot, Catepillar, DeWalt, Kobalt, Arris, Coca Cola, 5 HourEnergy, Sprint, Budweiser, Busch, Nature’s Bakery, M & M, Skittles, Mars, Pedigree, FedEx, UPS, Bass Pro Shops, Sport Clips, Dollar General, Tax Act, Quicken Loans, Liftmaster, Panasonic, Mountain Dew, 3M, Kelly Blue Book, Tax Slayer, Nationwide and Axalta. As a racing photographer on assignment for a major magazine publisher I must be aware of these team-Sponsor relationships. Often the very names of the companies you see painted on the hood and sides of the race car are the very same names you see in the advertisements that are placed in those publications. The great racing or motorsports photographer recognizes that all important relationship and capitalizes on it for the good of all those involved. Truly a win win relationship. .
