Macari Vineyard Caterers Wedding Photography
The Wine Country on the East End of Long Island can be one of the most magical places for an organic, laid back yet elegant wedding reception. This particular photo was taken at Macari Vineyards in Mattituck, New York on the North Fork of Long Island. I also have experience photographing wedding events at Raphael Vineyard in Peconic, NY; Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue, NY; Martha Clara Vineyards in Riverhead, NY and, of course, Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue. This wedding day started with the bride getting ready at a waterfront condominium overlooking the Long Island Sound out near Greenport, NY. In fact an amazing shot of the wedding rings and the bride’s shoes from that location can be seen elsewhere on this web site. When the bride and her bridesmaids were ready they climbed into the pictured vintage Cadillac automobile and travelled to Macari Vineyards for the reveal...the first look the groom got of his bride dressed in her wedding gown. We created some beautiful, casual portraits of the couple under the portico overlooking the vineyard at Macari and then wandered into the vineyard for some more amazing pictures. Just prior to their outdoor ceremony at sunset we created this picture of the bride and groom with their vintage limousine. I absolutely love photographing weddings at the vineyards of Eastern Long Island. Each one has it’s own special charm and character that makes it the perfect venue for every bride that chooses one of them.
