Motorsports Racing Magazine Editorial Advertising Photo

Looking for a reliable, knowledgable, creative and skilled motorsports photographer? I might just be the perfect choice for your assignment, editorial, advertising, public relations or stock photography needs. Looking for someone to cover a specific geographical area? I am experienced at many of the most important racing venues from the Northeast United States down through the Mid-Atlantic area. Looking for a local photographer to cover your events while keeping travel expenses to a minimum? I am within a few hours drive of the most prominent racing venues in New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and within a days drive of Canadian Tire Motorsports Park, Pittsburgh International Race Complex, Maryland International and Richmond Raceway. I have covered NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series events including The New England Nationals in Epping, NH and The Summernationals at Raceway Park in Englishtown, NJ. I have covered events at Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT for both The Pirelli World Challenge (PWC) and International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) photographing everything from Street Tuner cars to the most exotic GT Daytona, GT LeMans and Prototype machines. I have covered many events in the world of motorcycle road racing…one of my favorite speed contests to photograph. These have included the machines of The Loudon Road Race Series on the road course at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) as well as The Championship Cup Series (CCS) and MotoAmerica bikes on the legendary Thunderbolt road course at New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP). I’ve even covered an indoor arena Monster Energy Monster Jam event inside the Nassau Veteran’s Coliseum right here on my native Long Island. The photograph you are looking at here was taken at Lime Rock Park, arguably one of the most beautiful road courses anywhere. It was captured during the 2017 running of the IMSA WeatherTech Northeast Grand Prix. Pictured are three of the GTD (GT Daytona) class cars racing hard coming out of the turn known as Big Bend. Up front is the Change Racing Lamborghini Hurácan GT3 being driven by Corey Lewis. On his rear bumper is the number 93 Michael Shank Racing Acura NSX being piloted by Andy Lally, who happens to hail from my home town of Northport, NY. Third in line is the Stevenson Motorsports Audi R8 LMS GT3 with Lawson Aschenbach behind the wheel. I stay well informed on all of the different racing series’ that I cover. In the days leading up to any assignment I "study up" on the competitors and the racing venue. It is important to know who all the players are and where they are in the series’ standings in order to bring home the most important images from any racing event. It is important to know where to be on the course to capture the most decisive moments in any speed contest. If you are looking for that knowledgeable photographer to represent you at your upcoming event give me a call.
